Because SunClad is a consumable, hygiene-sensitive product, we are only able to accept returns or offer refunds under certain conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Refunds or replacements are available only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at hello@lemonofthesun.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If approved, we’ll offer you a full refund or a free replacement — your choice!

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened or used.

  • We do not offer refunds for changes of mind after purchase.
