Because SunClad is a consumable, hygiene-sensitive product, we are only able to accept returns or offer refunds under certain conditions:
Return Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are available only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

If approved, we’ll offer you a full refund or a free replacement — your choice!

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened or used.
