How to Request a Refund

• Your order number
• A brief description of the reason for your return (optional but appreciated)

We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

You have two options for returning your order:

Option 1: Prepaid Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Option 2: Ship It Yourself
You may return the product using your own shipping method. In this case, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we'll issue your full refund once the returned item is received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
